5 Easy Steps for Getting Started at CHA
e have a distinguishably different admissions process because we believe in strong relationships and a comfortable community atmosphere. We want you to become a part of the community right from the start!
Step 1: Admissions Packet
You only have one opportunity to educate your child and Christian Heritage Academy is a place where you can make the most of that opportunity.
Our admissions process begins by requesting an admissions packet so you can begin a thorough examination of all that we have to offer your family. The mental, physical, and spiritual development of your child is as important to us as it is to you and we value the opportunity to partner with you in that endeavor.
Step 2: Campus Visit
After receiving your packet, we’ll contact you to answer any follow-up questions you may have and to schedule your campus tour. Many families are impressed by the beauty of our campus, the educational environment of our classrooms, and the sense of family that can only be experienced first hand. Also during your campus visit, you’ll have the opportunity to talk to students and teachers across all grade levels for a full picture of our program and the development of our students.
Step 3: Placement Testing
Every student applying for enrollment will take a placement test to accurately determine their placement within our program. During your campus tour, we’ll schedule a time for your child/children to complete this testing on the next available testing date. Placement tests are given on a weekly basis and results are shared within a week of testing.
Step 4: Admissions Offer
Once the placement testing has been completed and your financial status has been verified to determine your FLEX Tuition amount, you will receive a letter of admission offering your family the opportunity to accept the placement of your child/children and the FLEX Tuition amount.
Step 5: Acceptance
Accepting the offer from our admissions department is finalized by selecting a method and schedule for tuition payments for the upcoming year. Once all the paperwork has been finalized you will receive a letter of acceptance and official enrollment.
