There are two options available for making monthly payments for tuition—twelve month or ten month plans. Twelve month payments will be due beginning July 1 and ending June 1. Ten month payments will be due Business Day with the last payment due in May. Tuition payments are due to be made monthly before the last day of the month. A statement will be sent out between the 15th and 20th of each month. A tuition account is one account per family for one or more children.

If the account has not been paid by the 1st day of the following month, there will be a late charge of $10.00 or a 2% monthly finance charge (24% annually), whichever is greater, added to the account. A statement will be mailed with a letter explaining that if the account is not brought up to date by the fifteenth of the month, all children of that account will be suspended until the account is made current.

At any time during the school year, report cards and/or records may be withheld until all fees (tuition, lunch charges, etc.) have been paid in full.

No children of the account will be allowed to attend school trips until all fees (tuition, lunch charges, yearbook, etc.) to any organization of CHA, are paid in full.

If the tuition account has not been paid in full by the end of the school year, the final report card, diplomas, and/or transcripts will not be released for all children of the account.

No child can return the following year until the account is paid in full. If the parents or guardians have problems in payment of tuition for two years in a row, the School Board will have to approve the enrollment for the third year.
