- Submit the following:
- CHA will contact you to arrange necessary grade level, placement, or special needs testing. At this time a Parent/Headmaster conference will be scheduled as well.
- Grade Level Testing
- Placement Tests
- Parent/Headmaster Conference
- Application will be submitted to the Board of Directors for final approval. Please allow five days to complete the application process before the child will be allowed to attend class.
Note:
New students are accepted on a trial basis for a minimum of one grading period. Evaluations are made during this period regarding the student’s academic progress, discipline, and adjustment to CHA. Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances which may prevent continued enrollment during the trial period. |
